All tickets are final sale. Ticket exchanges must be requested at least 2 days prior to the performance. To submit an exchange request, please contact [email protected] or call 0203 978 4400 (lines open 12pm – 6pm Tuesday to Sunday).
Exchange requests can only be considered if the original tickets were purchased via magicmikelondon.co.uk or directly from the Magic Mike Live box office, in-person or via phone. If tickets were not purchased through one of these sales channels, guests will need to contact their point of purchase to inquire about their exchange and/or refund policies. Patrons are responsible for any change in ticket price or additional fees during their exchange.
Please be aware that ticket prices are subject to change without notice. All Sales are subject to a £2.50 restoration levy (this goes directly towards maintaining the venue). In addition, phone and web sales are subject to variable per ticket fees. All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
A ticket purchaser that has elected to purchase the ticket protection option will be eligible to receive a refund of the ticket price paid by the purchaser for the ticket(s) should the ticket holder be unable to use the ticket(s) for any reason. Refund requests for customers with ticket protection are administered by securemybooking.com. Approval of and/or determination of eligibility for any refund based on the information provided by a purchaser is at the sole discretion of securemybooking.com. All decisions are final.
Purchased or awarded tickets are not to be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or any other trade purposes without the expressed consent of Magic Mike Live, London, and their affiliates.
All tickets are purchased at the risk of inclement weather, tube/rail strikes, or other force majeure incidents. We will make every reasonable effort to exchange you into a new date if contacted before the event but are unable to offer refunds.
The unlawful sale or resale or attempted unlawful sale or resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and, if so, are void. Users found not to not be transacting as themselves or using deceptive tactics may have their tickets invalidated and refunded.
Magic Mike Live London (“MMLL”) reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase without notice for any lawful reason, including, without limitation, if MMLL, in its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud or misrepresentation in connection with such ticket purchase, and in connection therewith, MMLL may contact the ticket purchaser using any information provided by the purchaser or otherwise to verify the purchase or any information in connection with the transaction.
Each ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing thereon. In addition, venue management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be unsafe or disorderly.
VENUE POLICY
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime to ensure a smooth experience. Guests must be prepared to show a physical hard copy of a government issued ID (photographs of an ID will not be accepted); you must be 18 or over to visit the Hippodrome Casino. If you do not have an ID when asked, you will be denied entry.
You must present a government issues form of photo ID, examples as shown below:
* A valid passport
* A valid photo card driving license
* An official Validate UK ID card with PASS hologram
* A valid National Identity Card (non-UK Nationals only)
Late arrivals are allowed at the discretion of house management. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for late arrivals or no-shows.
The Hippodrome reserves the right to administer a reasonable inspection of ticket holders and their property prior to entrance into the venue.
Outside food or beverages, drugs, contraband, professional cameras or recording devices, bundles and/or containers are prohibited, and possession of such items will result in denial of entry. Objects likely to endanger person are not allowed on Hippodrome property and may be confiscated by Hippodrome personnel at their discretion.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the Magic Mike Live Theatre.
The Hippodrome is a licensed venue and is legally required to refuse entry to all patrons who are deemed to be intoxicated. Ticket exchanges may be possible if a patron is refused entry due to intoxication however this is subject to the approval of the Box Office. Patrons should contact [email protected] to request this. The box office counter staff are not able to offer exchanges for guests who are intoxicated.
Any inappropriate behavior, including unwelcome physical contact or harassment towards performers or staff, will not be tolerated. Offending guests may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Guests who disrupt the show or negatively impact the experience of other guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please respect the experience for all attendees.
This performance contains the use of theatrical haze and strobe lighting. These elements are used intentionally for artistic purposes and may affect individuals with sensitivities to such effects. Viewer discretion is advised.
Admission to premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped, and otherwise recorded in connection with the performance, and your agreement that your name, voice, and likeness may be broadcast, distributed, or displayed in connection with any program created for the performance without compensation.
Ticket holder assumes all risks, hazards and dangers occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, or arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against the venue, event, management, facility, artists, participants, Magic Mike Live, and The Hippodrome Casino and their respective personnel, affiliates, and representatives.

Photography is welcome without the use of flash as it can be dangerous to the performers.
Ticket holders must abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by Magic Mike Live and The Hippodrome Casino. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Please note that all premises at The Hippodrome are covered by CCTV to ensure that customers and staff can continue to enjoy the facilities and work in a safe environment.
